The Bottomless Pit, on WFUV, Saturdays at 10 PM EST, is a weekly roundup of items from my personal record collection. A tiny percentage of my records are items that I stole, or “borrowed”, during my errant youth, and we’ll hear from a couple of those during this week’s show. There’ll also be an overdue tribute to the late J.J. Cale (his music wasn’t just great, it was perfect..), Pt. 3 of “(The) Ventures In Space” (I’ve been playing the album, 3 tracks per show, over the last couple weeks), AND, we’ll also hear from two GREAT Rock groups, Jook (starring Ian Kimmett), and The Upper Crust!..
