Wounded Bird Reissues

Postby sean on Wed Jul 28, 2010 9:28 pm

Hey - sorry if this has already been covered elsewhere, I couldn't find anything in the forums... are the Wounded Bird reissues from 2005 remastered as well or just the same recordings as the Warner discs? any bonus tracks? Thanks for any info!

Sean
Not positive if it's remastered but I don't think they are.
Definitely no bonus tracks unfortunately.

I agree with Sean...I am almost 100% sure they were NOT remastered at all and no bonus tracks. I used to see the Wounded Bird one's all the time...not so much anymore...not sure if they are still in print. Dave in Mass aka: Marshall's Hat

Hello my friends, Wounded Bird is a very good record label. I have all of The Paul Collins Beat CD re-issues and they have the extra bonus tracks and sound much better than the originals. The man who runs Wounded Bird is very picky and works with audio all the time. He is not trying to be moody or rude, but he is to the point and wants things done his way and done right the first time. You can bet that I will buy all of the Marshall Crenshaw CD re-issues, this is very good news.
