I’m excited to share the long overdue re-release of my Field Day album from 1983. The album is being re-issued by Intervention Records who have recently re-issued classic albums from Joe Jackson, Big Audio Dynamite, Judee Sill and many others. I’m especially excited that Intervention Records chose to re-issue this album as the man who runs the label, Shane Buettner puts tremendous care into both the audio and the visual presentation of his releases. The album will feature brand new cover art that has never been used for this album before. I’ve partnered with PledgeMusic to bring you a very special pre-sale of the album where you can get signed copies of the record, signed Test Pressings and art proofs as well as other unique merchandise related to Field Day that’s never been available before. I’ll also be posting updates throughout the pre-sale talking about the history of this album and what went into the making of it. Thanks a lot for checking out the pre-sale and I hope you enjoy the new look to the album and the amazing sound quality that Shane put a lot of effort into.
